A prophet of our day, Howard W. Hunter, comforted us by saying: If our lives and our faith are centered on Jesus Christ and his restored gospel, nothing can ever go permanently wrong. Our focus needs to be on Jesus Christ and His teachings. In the Book of Mormon, we are commanded to counsel with the Lord in all our doings. These are small and simple things that keep the disciple of Christ on the covenant path of righteousness.
